This cancellation policy is designed to ensure fair treatment for both customers and the service provider. It's important to review and understand the specific terms and conditions related to each service model before making a commitment.
ONLINE BOOKINGS
The service can be cancelled with a full refund if the cancellation is requested before the Kick-Off Call. After the Kick-Off call, the service can be cancelled within 14 days from the order (booking date), but the down payment will not be refunded.
i.e If you booked a web design service and decide to cancel it before the Kick-Off Call, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel after the Kick-Off Call but within 14 days of booking, the down payment will not be refunded.
TAILORED QUOTES
The service can be cancelled within 14 days from the order (accepting the quote). The down payment made during the quote acceptance will not be refunded.
i.e. If you accepted a quote for web design and later decide to cancel within 14 days of accepting the quote, the down payment will not be refunded. The service is not available for cancellation after 14 days after the order. We are aiming to mutual satisfaction with our services with feedback sessions and design proposal before the final work.
MONTHLY PLANS
Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime by the request of the customer. The ongoing billing period will not be refunded, and billing will stop at the end of the billing period.
i.e. If you have a monthly web hosting plan and decide to cancel it in the middle of a billing cycle, the ongoing month's fee will not be refunded, and the billing will stop at the end of the billing cycle.
SERVICE PROVIDER'S RIGHT TO CANCEL
The service provider reserves the right to cancel the service in case of a breach of service terms on the part of the customer.
If a customer consistently fails to provide the required content for a web design project despite agreed-upon deadlines, the service provider may cancel the project as a result of a breach of service terms.
