THE CHALLENGE
How to create an easy-to-use user interface to serve the customer service team and the management team? Customer data should be easy to manage and update with seamless taxi booking ability and a simple user interface with an easy profile set-up and marketing features.
The booking system was the main focus of the dashboard. The application design should include all basic features such as booking, cancelling and tracking taxi drivers, adding and updating customer and driver profiles and privacy compliant marketing features.
THE SOLUTION
We created a dashboard design for two user profiles, one for the system operators, with access to the whole platform, and another for the customer service team excluding operator rights. Both are designed with simple user experience emphazising the fast access to the booking management and customer and driver settings. The user interface includes very few marketing features to keep it comfortable to use.
The application design comes with all basic features such as booking, cancelling and tracking taxi drivers, adding and updating customer and driver profiles. Managers have the access to editing the user rights and profiles, while customer service team can update customer profiles, manage taxi booking and monitor the ongoing taxi rides. Offers and marketing can be applied exclusively to each customer.
